HELPLINE will create 140 new permanent positions by 2016.
As a result of its growth in both the Lille region and Northern Europe, HELPLINE has decided to open a new office in France, in addition to those in Paris and Angers. This new location solidifies HELPLINE’s presence in Europe and will create 140 permanent positions by 2016, including technicians, engineers, project managers and consultants.
Improved and efficient service offerings
This decision will also allow HELPLINE to improve its service offerings and be closer to its regional clients. The company’s goal is to continue to improve efficiency when serving both the private and public sectors, for IT project management and client growth activities within the digital sector. It is for this reason that HELPLINE is developing centers of excellence that bring together professionals with the knowledge and expertise needed to serve these industries.
The opening of the Lille-based office will include a site visit and comments by Vincent Ledoux, Bernard Gérard, and Bernard Lewis, HELPLINE’s General Manager.
The Nord-Pas de Calais region is strategic for HELPLINE, notes Bernard Lewis.
This is true from a commercial perspective, using the relationships that we have built up over many years with local business contacts. In addition, the area is also strategic to our European expansion in that the Lille Metro area is a crossroads in Northern Europe. It was natural and important for our company to take the next step in our regional expansion and open an office here, putting us close to our clients and future clients, while also being able to recruit talent.
Vincent Ledoux adds:
The Lille Metro area offers an excellent pool of skilled labor and is very attractive. We are thrilled that a company like HELPLINE has chosen to strengthen its presence by opening an office in our region, creating 140 jobs in the process.
