Dominique Druon, founding director of Paris-based Aliath, is drawing closer to the territory of her heart, the Nord-Pas de Calais, to develop the activity of her agency. Founded in 2012, her company assists directors of large corporations as well as small and medium-sized enterprises and investment funds in their governance.
While the proportion of women on the boards of major groups listed among the CAC 40 has increased (23% in mid-2013, up from 10% in 2000), these governing bodies remain primarily masculine. This is why Dominique Druon favors parity in the boardroom, arguing that it is necessary to include more women in decision-making circles. “As consumers and customers themselves, it is natural that they should participate in the strategic plan of the enterprise,” she explains.
Dominique Druon promotes diversity as a key success factor in the development and governance of major French corporations. We sincerely hope her words are heard, and we remain convinced that she will find the necessary vectors for growth in the greater Lille metropolitan area.
This expert in business strategy is expanding her activity in Lille and its surrounding area because it boasts more than 80 international corporate headquarters. She next plans to tackle the Belgian and British markets by 2017.
